Hey!

I'm Robbin Cooley (roco)

Robbin is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate offering in-person and virtual sessions. She holds credentials in Texas and Arizona. Prior to earning her Master’s of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University, Robbin held a career in the higher education field for over 10 years where she helped many families navigate the complexities of the higher education system.

Out of a desire to connect more deeply with the challenges individuals face, Robbin pursued her Counseling degree. She has practiced at Arizona State University’s Counseling Services Center, a community-based outpatient center, and an adult group home.  She has assisted in teaching individual and group counseling classes for her alma mater, Northern Arizona University.

Ask Yourself...

Do you want to engage in a more wholehearted life? Are you wanting to foster more authentic relationships, but you find it difficult to show your true self, or need support in returning to your true self? Would you benefit from a multi-faceted approach to healing that extends beyond talk therapy?

I believe in meeting each client from exactly where they are and using curiosity, mindfulness, acceptance and care to assist in creating a path forward. Often we remain stuck in cycles not because they are supporting our wholeheartedness, but because they have become habitual and comfortable.

Whether you are wanting to focus on a specific transition that is creating overwhelm, process relationship challenges that bring you stress or you feel stuck in the same patterns, I want to help you in identifying the steps forward that support your unique path.
